Before you apply to return or refund,please kindly read our Return and Refund policy to confirm if your order is supported by returnable.
For return, please check if you meet one of the below conditions:
- Your purchased the product is not accessories.
- Product is no any damaged if you request a return or refund.
- Returning or Replacing can be processed within 30 days after receiving your product.
- We can replace the new product or make the refund for you If you request a return caused by a product defective .
- Shipping fees are non-refundable and the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
- If you request a return caused by a product defect, we need a video to confirm this and keep it as a proof. Please send it to our email address. We will replace or refund for you. Thank you for your cooperation.
- Free shipping order will be deducted the original shipping fee($19.99) when make the refund for you.The return shipping fee need to be paid by yourself.
- If you request a return and refund,we will charge you a service fee($29.99) based on your payment amount. The fee is mainly caused by the product value impairment and restocking fee.
- Product must be in the original package with all parts.
Refund Policy
We cannot refund if receive the product as the follow situations:
- Product and original package were broken.
- Ordered the accessories.
- A wrong shipping address.
- You have replaced with us for any product defective.
- Without authorization returned product.
Refund Process
1.We will let the warehouse staff check your return product first.
2.Your returned items fall in our Return Policy.
3.We will make the refund for you in 1-2 business day.Then you will get an email about your refund amount.
30 Day Unconditional Refund Guarantee for Unopened &Unused Items
If for whatever reason you do not want your item within 30 days of receiving it, you may also contact us for a return and refund.Kindly note that in such cases the return shipping fee is the customers responsibility and is non-refundable. Items MUST be returned in their original packaging,unused and unopened in order to qualify for a product refund.

Refund Time-frame
The refund time will be different because of the PayPal or bank transfer system.If the refund time beyond this time limit,please contact the PayPal or your issuing bank for further information.
The refund will be back to your original paid account.
1.PayPal: The refund will take 1-2 business days to arrive.
2.Credit Card: The refund will take 7-15 business days to arrive.
Product Warranty
All of Waygan products warranty is 12 months after you receive date except the accessories. Please send us your e-mail: support@waygan.com if you need any warranty.
Cancellation policy
For cancelling an order which has not been processed,please contact us immediately.
If the expected shipping date of your order has already passed and it has not been shipped,you can cancel the order and request a refund, which will automatically return to your payment account.
Orders whose parcels have already been processed can not be canceled.If you are not satisfied with your purchased item within 30 days after receiving it,you are protected by WAYGAN 30 Days Return Guarantee.
Exchange products
Replacing will be processed within 15 days after received your product.
Please contact us by email to support@waygan.com inform us of your order number and model you want to exchange,then please send the previous product back firstly,we will arrange to send a new product after receiving your returned package and confirming your shipping address.
